Hello from the new Head of Redwood Day School!

Hi! My name is Becky Sinclair, head of Redwood Day School. As we prepare for another amazing year at Redwood, I wanted to take a quick minute to introduce myself! 

Although it makes me feel rather old to admit, I have been teaching for 15 years already. I am coming to Redwood from Chicago Public Schools where I have taught in various special education and general education roles. I am super passionate about individualized learning for all students, helping kids develop social-emotional competencies, and multi-sensory, hands- on learning that creates life-long learners. 

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, practicing yoga, and traveling. 

I am thrilled at the opportunity to serve Redwood families alongside Kait. I look forward to getting to know each of you as we partner to help your child grow. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
